FREQUENTLY BARKED QUESTIONS

When? Where?

Date: Sunday 12th September 2021
9am - 3pm
2/24 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009

Stalls will be placed outdoors in the surrounding vicinity of Paws & Relax with a wide range of activities inside on the main stage.

Footage & Photos will be taken throughout the event.

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout our event. These will be used by the Paws-fest team (including associated vendors and sponors) for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

Will Paws-Fest be cancelled if it's raining?

Nothing can rain on our parade, even rain! Paws-Fest will be in full swing rain, hail or shine unless there is an extreme weather event which puts the safety of our patrons, puppies and stallholders at risk. If so, the Organisers will make a call at 5am on the morning of the event, and inform the public via our social media channels that the market is cancelled. Paws-Fest will then be rescheduled.

I can bring my dog... right?

Absolutely! We invite social doggies on-lead to join their parents at Paws-Fest (it is for them, after all!) We want this to be a day enjoyed by all, even your furry pal, so if your dog is reactive, anxious and/or easily stressed by loud noises and crowds of people it's best to leave them safely at home.

What will my do need?

A lead or harness. This is an on lead event. Paws-Fest are passionate about promoting force-free, non-aversive lifestyles for our furry friends, so please do not bring dogs with choker chains, prong collars, citronella collars etc.

Does it cost anything to attend?

Paw-Fest is a free community event, however our kind volunteers will invite you to make a gold coin donation into an RSPCA QLD donation tin upon entry to the event. We appreciate your support!

What's the parking situation?

As an inner-city, large market event, parking will be carefully managed on the day. There is ample street parking on and surrounding Eagleview Lane which is unmetered. Please do not park in the Super Butchers carpark directly beside Paws-Fest.

Do I need to bring cash or is EFTPOS available?

Most of our stallholders will accept EFTPOS payments. ATMs will also be available on site.

How do I find out which stalls will be present on the day?

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and be sure to click 'interested' or 'attending' to RSVP to our facebook event. All will be revealed there!
